The book has what seems to be some great recipes but it has no pictures at all and I like to visualize what I am going to create in the kitchen at times.

I've cooked for my family for years. Italian, French, American cuisines. Now the household is smaller. Being an empty nester, I wanted something to cook with my new cuisinart panini press double sided grill. It's easy and quick with less clean up. Most of these recipes are family and friends friendly. He uses a lot of rosemary, but if your family doesn't like that you can omit or substitute other herbs everyone likes.While the recipes aren't stellar, he does get creative with the grill. His recipes include several low-carb choices. The book lacks illustrations of the finished product, however, it does include nutrition information for each recipe.Most other cookbooks for the indoor grill are more gourmet with unusual, hard to find, or expensive ingredients. I'm happy that this one gives good ideas without breaking the bank or being overly time-consuming spending a lot of time and energy searching for unusual ingredients. I find myself tweaking the spices too often, though, and if you're not interested in tweaking, this book is not for you. If you're looking for a cookbook you can use every week with your double sided grill with ingredients most cooks have on hand, you can use this one for ideas but be prepared to change the seasonings. Some cooks do that anyway, it depends on you. He has included several good ideas for grilled vegetable dishes, expanding on the usual fare, and there are recipes for homemade breakfast sausage patties, sides, and desserts. It's much more than just burgers and paninis! All this for three dollars. I just wish it had photos of the finished product. Sometimes I want to give I two and a half stars depending on my mood, but A for effort.

I love love love My George Foreman grill.And this cookbook just adds to the pleasure.Easy to read and follow the recipe.And it's hard back and lays flat.Walmart wants almost $20I got it for $2 for an Amazon used book !!!

Bought this for my Dad to go along with his grill. Perfect for a novice or inexperienced cook. The recipes are very simple and have a wide appeal (adults and kids).

I was really unsure about whether to buy this book, but I'm so glad I did! I just got my grill a couple of weeks ago and it really doesn't come with a single recipe and very little general guidelines. This cookbook had tons of recipies and tips and was organized well. It also gets high marks for "readability", i.e., not a bore. I bought the Kindle verson and now I have the recipies at my disposal when I'm shopping at the store. I've tried out several recipies and found that they worked well. I saw several other reviews that said they weren't particularly healthy recipies, but I found that some were, some weren't and those that weren't could easily be modified. I'm glad to have the choice...some days I want to be sure we eat very healthy and some days I just want dinner on the table! In my opinion, this book was worth the purchase.

Grill is great for both meats and veggies, makes yummy French toast , and is a cinch to clean. Very happy with it makes cooking dinner quick and easy.

We liked the recipes in the book. However, after following several recipes, we found the result too oily. In future recipes, we used less or NO oil. After these changes, the rest of the advice and the recipies taste great.

I cook mostly boneless breast of chicken and it comes out much tastier than the oven...my husband also likes the way the burgers come out. And it cooks so fast....it's amazing....easy cleanup...really like it....so glad I purchased it....

I'm sure this is a good book but there are no pictures and it reads like a newspaper to me. You might like it. I will be giving it away.
